CEMLA is a teaching and research institute in Latin America for the exchange of information among monetary authorities. Its mission is to promote a greater awareness of monetary and financial matters throughout the region by means of training, dissemination and research. In addition it acts as Secretary to meetings of the region's monetary authorities for the purpose of exchanging experiences and coordinating positions. CEMLA and Debt Relief International are jointly implementing a Programme for capacity building in debt analysis and strategy (PFC). The site provides information on the PFC and gives access to CEMLA´s publications.

El CEMLA es una institución de enseñanza e investigación, en América Latina, a fin de intercambiar información entre las autoridades monetarias. Su misión consiste en promover el mejor conocimiento de cuestiones monetarias y financieras en la región mediante tareas de capacitación, difusión e investigación. The CIS-7 Initiative is an international initiative to promote poverty reduction, growth and debt sustainability in the low-income countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan. DRI is a non-profit organisation that runs a programme to build the capacity of the governments of the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPCs) to manage their own debt strategy and analysis, without having to rely on international technical assistance. It is currently working with 30 HIPCs. The website provides information on its activities, the HIPC ministerial network, etc. and give access to its newsletter. The FIRST Initiative is a multi-donor programme, supporting capacity building and policy development projects in the financial sectors in developing countries.
